I feel this site holds credible water in the Authority criteria as it states it is the official business link to the U.S. Government. I went through all the topics, I would defently be able to write a paper just using this site alone. Timeliness is accurate on this site due to the fact that all documents are dated 2010. Coverage in this site is amazing for what I was looking for which was forms and how to start a non profit.

This was a .edu site took me to a book with a ISBN number, it has several chapters deling with non profits in washington state. Authority in this pdf. has a list of 30+ writers, scholars and editorial reviewers. The Editorial Board carefully deliberates and evaluates submissions with dedication and scholarship. Sources, I didnt find many additional sources, but I did find a complete bibliography. Eveness on this report find me to believe that the writers of this journal share a common goal as well as supports individual opinions of the writers. Timeliness I found in this source is extremely accurate as there is a new journal published every 3 months. It would seem that they are publishing new information at current time line levels.

What are the Educational Requirements for an Online Business Degree?

This site was very helpful to persue a career in the field of non profit and schooling towards it. I found this site to be credable in sources because it has several tabs to search under Business, School & Colleges, Subject Guides and Degree Information. With regards to coverage, evenness and timeliness this site didnt give me any of this information but it did give me direction to go to find what schooling I would need to start a non profit.

Summary:

The top level domain site I thought was more informative was .gov I like to go directly to the information as fast as I can and I found that the .gov sites really put the information right in front of me and I like that. I didnt find the subject directories that informative on this task, my topic was either too broad or not enough. I liked this assignment and look forward to the next.

  1. Nice work, Lisa.

You were very thorough and worked to narrow down your search to a manageable list. You are correct, subject directories don't help with all topics but hopefully you'll remember they are there if you need to do research and don't have access to library databases.

    Thanks,
    Andrea
